Pilates Fit
Pilates (Pi-lah-teez) is a unique and effective method of strength training that focuses on attaining core stability while providing a complete workout. All Pilates exercises initiate from muscles of the abdominals, back, buttocks and hips. This mind-body system of developing strength starts with basic awareness of your movement, alignment and breathing. By building on these essential concepts, you will find that Pilates produces better posture, stronger, less bulky muscles, a more flexible spine, greater energy and improved ability to manage stress.

Pilates Fit classes, workshops and private sessions are appropriate for anyone who desires optimum health and fitness. As all exercises can be modified, people with injuries or beginner's will feel confident that they are getting the most out of their experience. People with high or moderate fitness levels will experience a full body challenge with both our Mat and Reformer classes.

The Studio
Our newly renovated, beautiful and bright studio will help you to leave your stresses at the door and allow you to focus your mind on your health and fitness. Using colours and materials that promote a sense of well-being, we have created a space that reflects the Pilates concepts of fluidity, balance, and vitality.

Pilates Fit is conveniently located on the central Hamilton Mountain just North of the Lincoln Alexander Parkway in the KLITE building. It is within walking distance of the Limeridge Mall and the Fortino's Plaza with plenty of FREE parking.

We are the FIRST fully equipped Pilates Studio on the mountain and offer a variety of classes to suit your personal needs and schedules. Pilates Fit is proud to be offering the fast growing Group Reformer classes. Our programs and classes are appropriate for women, men and kids.
