At UOP, in addition to treating general orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, post-operative joints and neurological conditions, we have developed a variety of specialty rehabilitation programs. When your doctor refers you to therapy, you have the right to choose the facility that is best for you. Physiotherapists, Chiropractors and Massage Therapists are direct access practitioners so a doctor's referral is not necessary unless your health plan requires one. UOP believes in a health team approach and if you give your consent, your doctor will be provided with updates on your treatment goals and outcome.

Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture and Massage Therapy are covered by most health insurance plans, either fully or in part. Our therapists are fully licensed and registered with their respective Colleges. All therapists regularly update their skills and knowledge through continuing education, teaching, quality management programs, and seminars.

UOP must at times, use or disclose a patient's protected health information to carry out treatment, obtain payment, provide health care operations and for other purposes permitted or required by law. Your privacy is respected and closely guarded at UOP.
